As a care assistant, you will be providing personal care, building relationships, and making a big difference to those who need it whilst gaining great job satisfaction.

*This role will cover the following areas:

Lewes, Ringmer, and other surrounding areas.

Here at All Care, we offer our Health Care Assistants the following:

• £11.00 per hour weekdays, £12.00 per hour weekends and extra on bank holidays.
• 0.40p per mile between care calls for drivers.
• £60 towards Car MOT.

Examples of the client’s needs you will be supporting as a carer:

• Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
• Medication administration.
• Performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Companionship and support to access the community.
• Observing, monitoring and record keeping.

Shifts available for Health Care Assistants:

• Flexible working hours.
• Must be available either every other weekend, every Saturday or every Sunday.
• Must give availability for at least ONE evening shift a week up until 10pm.

Full support will be given to you in your role from the very beginning ensuring you are fully trained, competent, and confident to deliver outstanding care.

No experience is required as full paid in-house training is provided.
