What first attracted you to join All Care? – Tuped over from MyLife.

What do you enjoy most about your role? – I enjoy the team I work with in the East Sussex office, I feel we all work well together to ensure good outcome for the clients and carers. My operation’s manager is also easy to get on with, she has been a massive support to me since we joined the All-Care team.

What’s your favourite part of your job? – Favourite part of my job role would hearing about how we have had a positive impact on someone’s life.

What’s your idea of a perfect weekend? – My idea of a perfect weekend would be spending it on a beach with warm weather paddle boarding.

If you could learn one more skill or hobby, what would it be and why? – I would like to learn how to play an instrument, I can play three blind mice on the recorder but I’m pretty sure most people learnt this at school.

Have you watched any TV shows or movies recently that you’d recommend? – I’m proper into any Crime, or Serial Killer documentary. I find the psychology behind it all very interesting, there’s a series on Netflix now called Catching a Killer which is very interesting, or Mind Hunter…

What’s something you’ve accomplished that you’re extremely proud of? – I won Registered Manager of the year in the South Region (still in complete shock).

How do you motivate yourself when you’re feeling stuck? – If I am in a bit of a rut, I usually go to the gym, and this helps clear my head.

What’s the best advice you’ve ever received? – Never give up on the first hurdle.
